Present, past and future merge – \n\t\t

\n\t\t\t \t\n \"GE\n \t<\/a>\n\t\t <\/div>\n strolling through the halls of power
\nWalking in their footsteps – gaining strength hour by hour<\/p>\n

Their voices echo off cold brick walls – shattering doubt and despair.
\nOnly resolve lives here!<\/p>\n

Great women and men sat on this very chair – plotting justice.
\nAlive and well – justice lives here! \n\t\t

\n\t\t\t \t\n \"GE\n \t<\/a>\n\t\t <\/div>\n <\/p>\n

Their rough hands pounded on this table – a solidarity drum – Here! Here!
\nOnly solidarity lives here!<\/p>\n

From the stage, the people’s voices gave democracy birth – the birth pains of revolution –
\nAmerica, Democracy lives here!<\/p>\n

It is here that anguish and anger \n\t\t

\n\t\t\t \t\n \"GE\n \t<\/a>\n\t\t <\/div>\n chiseled change – challenging pragmatism’s powerful, “no.”
\nSi, Se Puede is all we know – hope lives here!<\/p>\n

Ours is not the first nor the last – today’s struggles strengthened by the past
\nWorn steps, worn bodies – warm welcome comrades!
