		<description>If he's not staffing his Dixon office the way he should, I would have to think things are even worse in Geneseo.  Looking at his website, I notice that there are no regular hours listed for any of these offices. Seems to me that would be useful contact info to provide to one's constituents.

Perhaps they figure having "Congress on Your Corner" by popping Bill into one or two random Jewel grocery stores somewhere in the district on the weekends is a more efficient way of providing constituent service than staffing district offices adequately?</description>
